This employee is exceedingly rude and lacks any basic social skills necessary to perform the job of a manager. I have dealt with him several times, and while I love every other thing about this location, I will be taking my car elsewhere for service in the future strictly due to this employees conduct. I have dealt with him multiple times and he talks down to customers, is unaccommodating, and seems to have zero concept of customer service. If this is how he treats all customers, I hope this location works with him to learn proper business conduct.

Excellent service; when it was found that extra work was needed, the situation was notified in a timely manner and effectively communicated; work was done efficiently and in a timely fashion; no/no after-action glitches found and no post-service adjustments have been needed. One very minor flaw in the process: the dealer's billing software still needs a bit of fine tuning. (That issue resolved expeditiously)
